Role Summary
The Software Solutions Engineer will leverage their technical expertise to identify and deliver reliable solutions for our varied clientele.

This role serves as the primary support for our CAM Production Machining Software product line, ensuring complete customer satisfaction through the effective use and implementation of tailored solutions for our superior CAD/CAM software offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop customized API software solutions for clients and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with the software development team to foster core product growth.
  • Create and deliver technical training programs.
  • Provide pre-sale and post-sale technical assistance.
  • Occasional travel to client and industry partner locations to execute projects and conduct advanced technical training sessions.

Travel may account for up to 30% of the annual workload.

Required Skills
  • API Programming Expertise: Proficient in utilizing API tools to develop add-ins and macros for CAM Production Machining Software.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Skilled in using the MS Office suite for various administrative and project-related tasks.
  • Software Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to effectively navigate and adapt to diverse software applications.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills, capable of addressing and resolving client issues efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, able to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Highly analytical with a focus on precision and detail in all aspects of work.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-Management and Motivation: Capable of self-direction and maintaining motivation without constant oversight.

Manufacturing Knowledge
Familiarity with machine tool applications and machining processes is preferred.

Physical Requirements
