Key Responsibilities:
The Junior Territory Sales Manager will assist their designated Territory and/or Field Manager with the goal of advancing to a Territory Manager, Channel Partner, or Product Manager within a 2-4 year timeframe. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing a small territory comprising 3-4 locations and managing 10-15 sales personnel or PCA's.
  • Delivering and promoting existing research data to support the Branded Products team.
  • Engaging with local validation efforts to ensure product alignment with grower needs.
  • Facilitating internal meetings with the Sales Team, Dealers, and Growers regarding product offerings.
  • Providing pricing insights and guidance to field sales staff.
  • Assisting in the formulation of annual sales objectives for the area, branch, and personal goals.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related agricultural discipline.
  • 1-2 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in crop scouting and nutrition.
  • A foundational understanding of research trials and data significance.
