Job Summary

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager (Optical Account Manager) to join our team in Michigan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing long-term business partnerships with eye care professionals in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use a consultative selling approach to drive sales and establish long-term business partnerships with customers.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with eye care professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives within your territory.
  • Consistently achieve established sales goals and communicate with Regional Sales Manager on an ongoing basis regarding personal growth, sales results, and plans of action.
  • Possess a detailed understanding of accounts, opportunities, and needs, and create credibility in business planning activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated sales results with 1 to 3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including familiarity with SFDC.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance coverage, and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexible work schedule and occasional out-of-the-area and overnight travel are expected.
  • Candidates must live in the territory.
