Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the strategic and operational plan as directed by the Chief Commercial Officer and Regional Sales Director. This includes representing our products to new and existing customers, achieving sales expectations/quota of an assigned territory, and driving all daily sales objectives focusing on territory growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing territory business plans in a quarterly quota-based system, implementing sales strategies determined by relevant factors, and directing all training and education planning during account launches.

The successful candidate will also be accountable for compliance with Company policy and procedures, the Quality System, and other regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will make clinical and economic presentations to customers, committee members, and relevant staff, and build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Requirements include a thorough knowledge of the medical device market, products, and customers, as well as a minimum of 5+ years of directly related experience in medical device sales. A highly developed business acumen and experience in targeting and prioritizing key customer accounts are also essential.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to establish personal credibility in the targeted territory, manage their schedule and clinical resources effectively and efficiently, and have previous Medical Device sales experience preferably calling on Interventional Cardiologists, Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, and administrators in the targeted territory.
