Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales professional to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building relationships with key decision-makers at medium to large enterprises.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing services, adept at closing deals, and motivated by results.

This role includes a base salary, bonuses, and recurring commissions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in target industries.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and position Brenton Way's services as the ideal solution.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop and refine the sales strategy, including setting monthly and quarterly sales targets and defining KPIs.
  • Proposal Development & Presentations:
    • Craft customized proposals and presentations that align with prospective clients' goals.
    • Conduct high-level presentations and pitch Brenton Way's full suite of services to executives and marketing managers.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay informed about market trends, industry changes, and competitor offerings.
    • Use insights to adjust sales strategies and identify opportunities for new service offerings.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
    • Identify and engage with prospective clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound inquiries.
    • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and account management teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to execution.
    • Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Revenue Forecasting & Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections using CRM tools like HubSpot.
    • Provide regular reports to the CEO and leadership team on sales performance and insights.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a marketing, digital agency, beauty, health/wellness, Ecommerce, CPG, DTC, and law is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive sales or business development role.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to pitch high-value marketing services to senior-level decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, etc.) and how they drive business growth.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and comfortable working in a data-driven sales environment.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
