The successful candidate will utilize their retail expertise to:


Client & Service Expert:
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by providing the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
  • Establish a personal connection with guests through effective selling techniques.

Building Brand Equity:
  • Articulate and embody the Kate Spade New York aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers.
  • Exhibit a collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Operational Excellence:
  • Execute operational tasks in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Process all POS transactions accurately.
  • Adhere to visual directives and ensure daily execution of store standards.

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong selling skills and exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Preferred experience in luxury goods.
  • A proactive approach to multitasking and prioritization.
  • The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

An outstanding professional will have:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Physical requirements:
  • Availability to work according to store schedules, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 40 pounds safely.
  • Comfort with climbing ladders.
