About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Sustainability and Energy Manager. This is a critical role that will play a key part in our company's efforts to reduce our environmental impact and improve our energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Energy Management and Sustainability
    • Determine opportunities for energy savings and develop strategies to achieve them
    • Conduct profitability analyses for energy-saving projects and identify areas for improvement
    • Implement energy-efficient measures and technologies to reduce energy demand and costs
    • Develop and implement plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and minimize unnecessary consumption
    • Manage energy-related projects and initiatives, including budgeting and reporting
  • Energy Monitoring and Cost Planning
    • Monitor and record operational energy consumption and energy costs
    • Prepare consumption data for budgeting and cost planning purposes
    • Identify opportunities for energy savings and implement cost-saving measures
    • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement energy-efficient solutions
  • Mafact Energy Reduction
    • Lead energy-related initiatives and projects, including benchmarking and process improvement
    • Develop and implement plans to reduce energy consumption and costs
    • Monitor and report on energy-related performance metrics
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for energy savings and implement solutions
  • Benchmarking
    • Research and identify best practices in energy efficiency and sustainability
    • Develop and implement plans to adopt and implement these best practices
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for energy savings and implement solutions
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Energy Management, Sustainability, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in energy project management, industrial facilities management, or a related field
    • Proven track record of success in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and engage teams
