Role Overview
Embark on a rewarding career as a Lead Electrical Engineer within our dynamic GID Engineering team. Your contributions will be pivotal in developing cutting-edge battery manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovative Design: Collaborate with a team of professionals to conceptualize, design, and develop advanced electrical systems for state-of-the-art battery manufacturing facilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Leverage your extensive design experience to create detailed and precise system designs. Conduct QAQC reviews of project deliverables at various stages.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations, including ASME, NFPA, and ASHRAE.
- Sustainable Practices: Integrate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient methodologies into your projects.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, integrated electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of relevant experience leading design projects related to buildings.
- Experience in battery manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, or petrochemical plant design is advantageous.
- Thorough understanding of electrical codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, etc.
- Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SKM/ETAP/Easy Power.
- Professional Engineer License is preferred.
