Position Overview

The Manufacturing Process Specialist at AESC Group will be instrumental in sustaining and enhancing plant operations at our manufacturing facility. Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you will be tasked with maximizing operational efficiencies and executing projects that bolster overall organizational effectiveness. Your contributions will significantly influence our strategic objectives and reinforce our status as a global frontrunner in battery technology.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness
  • Assess plant efficiencies and resolve process-related challenges
  • Formulate and execute process modification initiatives
  • Oversee equipment procurement and alterations
  • Perform safety and process evaluations
  • Facilitate production launches and trials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume production environments
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Inventor software
  • Familiarity with lithium-ion battery technology
  • Capability to prioritize multiple tasks and work autonomously
