Role Overview
Embark on a rewarding career as a Lead Electrical Engineer within our dynamic GID Engineering team, where your contributions will directly influence the development of state-of-the-art battery manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovative Design: Collaborate with a team of specialists to conceptualize, design, and develop cutting-edge electrical systems for advanced battery manufacturing facilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Leverage your extensive design experience to create detailed and precise system designs. Conduct QAQC reviews of project deliverables.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations, including ASME, NFPA, and ASHRAE.
- Sustainable Practices: Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient practices into your projects.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and integrated electrical systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience leading design projects related to buildings.
- Experience in battery manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, or petrochemical plant design is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards such as NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE, etc.
- Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SKM/ETAP/Easy Power.
- Professional Engineer License is preferred.
