Role Overview
As an integral member of AESC Group, you will significantly contribute to our mission of leading the full-value-chain battery solutions for a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance department activities, including new facility setup and mentorship for new personnel.
- Oversee equipment buyoff, standard operating procedure (SOP) support, and manage new model programs.
- Provide daily production support, focusing on operational efficiency, scrap reduction, and equipment procurement.
- Engage in new equipment design reviews with the global project team and maintain project schedules for the maintenance team.
- Train maintenance staff on new and existing equipment, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting to management.
- Update and maintain documentation for existing systems, including electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Collaborate with vendors to meet quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives while exploring new technologies for improved manufacturing methods.
- Drive enhancements to the preventive maintenance system, implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and optimizing maintenance processes.
- Identify and supervise contractor maintenance work and capital projects.
- Assist in resolving productivity, ergonomic, quality, and safety issues in manufacturing.
- Monitor equipment efficiency and preventive maintenance processes to identify and rectify issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs and procedures within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a professional capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with ANSI, NEC, and OSHA standards.
- Proficient in computer programming languages, CMMS, and basic purchasing processes.
- Experience in data analysis of equipment faults and failures to implement effective countermeasures.
- Knowledge of electrical control systems, motors, robotics, and PLCs, along with mechanical systems understanding.
