Role Responsibilities

As a Construction Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction management and project coordination efforts. This position necessitates a full-time presence at our project site.

  • Facilitate the coordination of construction activities and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Track project progress and provide updates on key performance indicators to the project management team.
  • Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to address technical challenges and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct regular site evaluations and quality assurance checks to maintain safety and construction standards.
  • Assist in the development of project documentation, including reports, timelines, and financial plans.
  • Engage effectively with all stakeholders, utilizing bilingual communication in Chinese and English.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Prior internship or entry-level experience in construction project management is beneficial.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is essential for effective communication with international partners.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Commitment to working full-time on-site.
