Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Create and type office correspondence, including letters and memos
- Distribute and route mail, packages, and other materials
- Order and track office supplies and forms
- Answer phone calls and record messages in a professional and courteous manner
- Create new employee personnel files and maintain accurate records
- Assist walk-in candidates with application procedures and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the designated area for completing applications
- Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and security of employee and company records, files, and information
- Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9s
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including uniform and personal appearance standards
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and support the team to reach common goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
- No supervisory experience required
- No license or certification required
