Compliance Oversight:

  • Maintain employee personal files and ensure all credentials are up to date.
  • Serve as the primary contact for FMLA, workers' compensation, and unemployment inquiries.
  • Guide management in employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions.

System Maintenance:

  • Keep HRIS staffing information current.
  • Manage communication tools and training platforms.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity.
  • Strong networking skills and knowledge of employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in managing multiple projects effectively.
