POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Event Operations Coordinator, you will take charge of managing various event projects, including promotional activities, sponsorship initiatives, and other property-level events.

Your contribution will be essential in enhancing the guest experience and creating memorable moments that resonate long after their visit.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Utilize project management techniques to effectively plan and execute events.
  • Define project scope, establish objectives, and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Oversee resource management and assess project success.
  • Engage with management, staff, vendors, and guests to address event-related issues.
  • Ensure seamless event execution while maintaining high standards and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Manage event budgets, monitor expenses, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional service offerings.
  • Explore innovative opportunities for client engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in large-scale event management.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in special events, promotions, or VIP services within the casino sector.
  • Self-motivated individuals who demonstrate initiative and drive.
  • Creative thinkers who tackle challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly.
