Human Resources Coordinator

As a vital member of the Human Resources team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing comprehensive filing systems. Your role will involve drafting and typing various office communications using computer software. You will also handle the distribution and routing of correspondence, as well as managing the inventory of Human Resources supplies and forms.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone inquiries and documenting messages.
  • Creating new employee personnel files and assisting candidates with application processes.
  • Maintaining a clean and accessible application space for candidates, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Addressing inquiries and concerns from employees and management regarding HR programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Reporting employee relations issues to HR management.
  • Upholding confidentiality and security of employee records and information.
  • Ensuring accurate maintenance of all employee documentation, including interview records and compliance forms.

In this role, you will adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance and protecting proprietary information. You will also be responsible for reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions to your supervisor.

  • Support team objectives and respond appropriately to the concerns of fellow employees.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations.
  • Utilize computer systems for information management effectively.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role.

Supervisory Experience: None required.

License or Certification: None necessary.
