Job Title: Administrative Assistant

At Entergy, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an administrative assistant, you will provide support to the contract compliance team in Arkansas and be responsible for various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support safety programs and participate in safety meetings.
  • Provide clerical support to the contract compliance team.
  • Work a minimum of 16 hours during storm situations.
  • Receive and process customer requests, set appointments, and relay information to network employees.
  • Set up customers for invoicing, research customer accounts, and maintain public liability files.
  • Operate in Time & Labor programs, change commit dates on work requests, and answer area phones as needed.
  • Ocasionally provide support to other areas during restoration.
  • Review and process invoices for contract vendors.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-4 years of experience.

Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This salary is estimated based on the job title, location, and industry standards.
