Senior Business Development Manager

dLocal is a leading payments processor that enables global brands to collect payments in 40 emerging markets. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our sales team and driving growth in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell dLocal's payment solutions to e-commerce merchants and PSPs
- Structure and implement growth-related operational strategies and processes
- Identify opportunities to secure new business by establishing relationships with clients and prospects
- Build and develop long-term strategic partnerships with global merchants
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts
- Maintain personal networks, participate in and attend professional conferences and industry events
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Perseverance and a can-do attitude
- 6+ years of work experience, preferably at a technology company
- Enterprise Sales experience is ideal
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to solve tough problems
