We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team at Divergent Marketing Solutions. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their high-priority customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-centric role, preferably in a sales or account management capacity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required
