We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at GetChange Corp. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for championing customer satisfaction and growth, fostering strong relationships with our customer base, and overseeing key payment operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement customer success processes to drive growth and retention
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor for payments and compliance, educating customers on our product benefits and charitable giving opportunities
- Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within our customer base in coordination with the sales team
- Gather customer insights and feedback to inform our product roadmap
- Quickly address customer inquiries and maintain up-to-date FAQs
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Adaptable, driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Eager to learn about payment processing and giving compliance
- Ability to work from our office in San Francisco's financial district
