About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager at Pylon. As a key member of our post-sales support team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support to drive adoption and retention.
  2. Identify and engage with customers who are not utilizing our product as expected, and work with them to resolve issues and improve their experience.
  3. Manage renewal processes with existing customers, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing churn.
  4. Contribute to the development of scalable customer success processes and best practices.
  5. Participate in product feedback and roadmap discussions, providing valuable insights to inform our product development.
Requirements
  1. Located in the San Francisco area and comfortable working in-person.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  3. Highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  4. 0-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a post-sales support or customer success capacity.

Compensation Range: $70K - $120K
