  • Facilitate the ordering and swift delivery of parts at customer job sites
  • Assist clients in recognizing and acquiring the appropriate parts
  • Foster and enhance customer relationships within the designated sales area
  • Effectively manage customer grievances
  • Develop tailored service programs for assigned clientele
  • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback
  • Expand market presence in the Central Alabama area
  • Uphold customer relations and promote employee satisfaction
  • Complete reporting of calls in accordance with company protocols
  • Monitor competitive sales and market dynamics

Secondary Duties:

  • Assist with the annual inventory assessment
  • Provide parts-related information to other departments
  • Support mechanics and input inspection data into systems
  • Serve as a backup for front counter operations
  • Contribute to warehouse activities and stock management
  • Assist the Product Support Manager as required
  • Perform additional assigned tasks

All tasks must comply with safety regulations and company policies, including OSHA/MSHA standards. Appropriate personal protective equipment must be utilized as necessary.
