Fjällräven, a premier outdoor brand committed to sustainability and functionality, is in search of a Replenishment Analyst to support our North American operations. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate the efficient flow of products from our distribution centers to retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Replenishment Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with various Fenix brands to strategize, analyze, and implement seasonal replenishment and allocation plans aimed at optimizing direct-to-consumer inventory and achieving sales objectives.
  • Assessing and modifying store inventory levels based on market and regional sales trends, alongside weekly sales analysis for each store.
  • Executing daily product allocations to fulfill store requirements and shipping schedules.
  • Monitoring and managing daily inventory levels to enhance sales performance.
  • Addressing inventory and assortment requests from retail locations.
  • Assisting in monthly direct-to-consumer bulk management through the analysis of bulk utilization and sales patterns.
  • Working closely with the Planning team to generate and disseminate weekly inventory and replenishment reports.
  • Influencing business decisions by evaluating in-stock levels and current market trends.
  • Tracking and analyzing delivery schedules, product arrivals, and other objectives to optimize fulfillment and inventory levels while communicating any fulfillment challenges.
  • Implementing replenishment tracking systems and metrics.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance efficiencies and processes within the replenishment framework.
  • Supporting the transition and testing of ERP systems.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the Replenishment Analyst position will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail for data analysis.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a highly cross-functional environment.
  • A problem-solving attitude and adaptability to dynamic situations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to foster cross-departmental relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analytics to evaluate datasets and identify needs across various channels (retail and e-commerce).
  • An understanding of fundamental retail financial metrics.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and formulas (e.g., xlookup, vlookup, sumifs).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in inventory management, allocation, replenishment, or planning.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (such as MS Dynamics, SAP, or Netsuite).
