Overview:
Accountable for the efficient and precise management of stock both entering and exiting the warehouse and yard facilities. This includes responsibilities related to counter sales, receiving, storage, and preparation for upcoming service and construction projects, as well as the transfer and dispatch of inventory.
Include, but are not limited to:
- Process orders by managing transfers and sales requests.
- Retrieve materials and pack items appropriately.
- Organize orders in specified delivery zones.
- Ensure all materials are received and organized for forthcoming projects according to the project tracker calendar.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and manage product movement and placement.
- Execute all tasks related to receiving, picking, packing, transferring, and shipping while adhering to quality and productivity benchmarks.
- Address all functions related to customer needs, including counter sales and warranty returns.
- Maintain the presentation of the retail/counter sales area.
- Ensure the external inventory yard and surrounding areas are well-kept.
- Contribute to meeting customer service standards and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations by analyzing workflow, staffing, space needs, and equipment layout; implement necessary changes.
- Work safely and healthily, following industry standards and legal regulations.
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

To perform this role successfully, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive demeanor and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Capability to complete assignments within given parameters and standard practices.
- Familiarity with modern warehouse and inventory management systems.
- Experience in physical inventory management, shipping, receiving, and storage.
- Valid operator's driving license with a good driving record.
- Forklift operation experience preferred.
The physical demands for this position include:
- Regularly: Sit, use hands for handling, talk, or hear, stand/walk.
- Frequently: Lift and/or move items weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Occasionally: Reach with hands and arms.
Exposure to varying weather conditions and noise levels, with the need to adjust focus as necessary.
Travel:Occasional use of company vehicles for parts and supplies management.
Normal Work Days / Hours:Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:45 pm, with a 45-minute lunch break.
