About the Role

Holler Classic is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to drive sales and revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through various channels, including market research and warm calling.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Present product offerings to clients, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis and Trend Identification: Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in sales or business development, preferably in the radio industry.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and experience in account management and customer relationship building.
