ROLE SUMMARY

As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic while enhancing patient engagement and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming patients, managing appointment schedules, processing payments, organizing documentation, and contributing to an exceptional patient experience. As the initial point of contact for patients, it is essential to maintain a professional demeanor that reflects our clinic's values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Schedule care plans for new patients and follow-up appointments.
  • Prepare the waiting area and clinic facilities for patient arrivals and end-of-day procedures.
  • Welcome and assist new patients, ensuring a comfortable environment and accurate check-in processes.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Answer incoming calls and manage communications while documenting messages.
  • Educate patients about the services offered at our clinic.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive and helpful attitude.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma is required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in reception, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to stand and sit for extended periods while performing job duties.
  • Must be able to lift and move light objects as needed.
