We are currently in search of a qualified individual to take on the role of Construction Project Coordinator. This position involves managing all facets of a project, from the acceptance of bids to the finalization of jobs. Key responsibilities include estimating costs, managing budgets, procuring materials, coordinating labor, maintaining project documentation, overseeing financial aspects, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Compensation: $95,160 - $105,560 annually, based on experience, plus a performance incentive plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing business opportunities and providing excellent customer service, including seeking new projects and nurturing existing relationships
  • Creating accurate estimates, successfully bidding on projects, and negotiating effectively
  • Managing finances, including timely billing, adhering to budgets, handling change orders, and maximizing profits
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including logs, correspondence, and notifications
  • Overseeing labor management, motivating field supervisors, and identifying productivity issues
  • Supervising direct reports to ensure compliance with job descriptions and accuracy
  • Managing customer accounts effectively
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned, in line with company values, safety standards, and policies

Required Qualifications:

  • Journeyman license
  • A minimum of seven years of experience as a General Foreman, Estimator, or Project Engineer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an Electrical Apprentice Program
