About the Role

PC Construction Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our water and wastewater treatment projects in the Orlando, Florida region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater treatment projects, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets and cash flow, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Scheduling: Ensure project schedules accurately reflect construction plans and progress.
  • Communication: Foster an environment of open communication and information sharing among project team members.
  • Staffing: Manage project staffing plans and forecast personnel needs throughout the construction process.
  • Procurement: Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet project needs.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Safety: Promote and encourage safe work behaviors, ensuring site-specific safety plans address unique project needs.
  • Lean Practices: Embrace Lean principles and participate in work plan activities to improve project efficiency.
  • Team Development: Mentor, coach, and develop project team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Business Development: Build and develop business relationships vital to the company's success, and participate in proposal strategy, preparation, and presentations.
