Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all stages of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Review and analyze project specifications to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Utilize surveying and mapping skills to accurately assess project sites and develop detailed project plans.
  • Implement lidar technology for high-resolution mapping and surveying.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage communications with clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for plotting and checking drawings.
  • Assist with QC and CAD standards for added efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience as a Project Manager within a similar industry.
  • Proven experience managing DOT projects preferred.
  • Proficiency in surveying and mapping.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work well in a team and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
