We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Project Manager, responsible for overseeing all facets of a project from the acceptance of bids to the completion of the job. Key responsibilities include estimating costs, managing budgets, procuring materials, coordinating manpower, maintaining project documentation, overseeing fiscal management, and ensuring client satisfaction.

What We Offer:

Compensation: $95,160 - $105,560 per year, based on experience, plus a performance incentive plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing business opportunities and providing excellent customer service, including pursuing new prospects and nurturing existing relationships
  • Creating accurate estimates, successfully bidding on projects, and negotiating effectively
  • Managing finances, including timely billing, adhering to budgets, handling change orders, and maximizing profits
  • Maintaining project documentation, including logs, correspondence, and notifications
  • Overseeing labor management, motivating field supervisors, and identifying productivity issues
  • Supervising direct reports to ensure compliance with job descriptions and accuracy
  • Managing customer accounts effectively
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned, in alignment with company values, safety standards, and policies

Required Qualifications:

  • Journeyman license
  • A minimum of seven years of experience as a General Foreman, Estimator, or Project Engineer

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an Electrical Apprentice Program

Essential Skills:

Note: Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon receiving a conditional offer of employment.
