Customer Support Specialist

Paradigm is a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the legal industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with our development team to resolve complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level support to clients via phone, chat, and email
- Identify and resolve client issues and concerns
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Improve client retention through proactive support and issue resolution
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Communicate client issues and requests to the development team
- Work with our cloud-based support systems, including Intercom, Salesforce, and JIRA
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer support experience
- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment
- Knowledge of the legal industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Intercom, JIRA, and G Suite
