About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Support Team at BrightGauge, a ConnectWise company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Work closely with our development team to understand new features and ensure seamless support
  • Assist with the onboarding of new customers, collaborating with our Success Team to ensure a smooth experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or direct customer support
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS-SQL, MySQL, and/or PostgreSQL databases
  • Experience with customer support software like Zendesk
