Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Support Specialist to join our team at Z Process. As a key member of our process serving operations, you will play a vital role in supporting our team by providing administrative and data analysis support from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to our process serving team, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with clients and team members.
  2. Assist with data analysis and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information is available to the team.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our team is equipped with the latest knowledge and tools.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications in office administration or legal studies a plus.
  2. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  3. Strong communication and customer service skills.
  4. Proficiency in data entry and analysis.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the integrity of data and information.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  7. Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  8. Familiar with using office productivity tools such as word processing, spreadsheet, and email software.
  9. Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
