Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Sopra Banking Software. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Job Summary:

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our internal teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues, and provide training and guidance to customers on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate team member
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of mobile operating systems (Android and iOS) and help desk software
