Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at Rojas Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients and their customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their customer base
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer-facing, high-energy sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
