About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinician to join our team at the Eliot Center in Concord, MA. As a Clinician, you will provide treatment services to children, families, and adults through a contract with the Town of Concord.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage referrals and provide diagnostic evaluations and treatment services to children, families, and adults using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Create safety plans when indicated and provide crisis intervention services.
  • Provide both in-person and virtual appointments to accommodate diverse needs.
  • Collaborate and coordinate care with town agencies and other collaterals.
  • Maintain a caseload that meets Clinic productivity expectations.
Requirements
  • License-eligible Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Driver's license and vehicle.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues.
