Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Coordinator to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital in Concord, NH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
  • Maximize productivity of the veterinary medical team by efficiently managing client interactions and promoting hospital services.
  • Provide education and support to clients on pet health, wellness plans, and hospital services.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, financial management, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the veterinary medical team to ensure seamless client care and maximum productivity.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of related experience preferred, with customer service experience a plus.
  • Medical background or training in veterinary technology, human healthcare, or pharmaceuticals a strong asset.
