Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a variety of office administration activities, including office organization, compliance, and IT support.
  • Support corporate initiatives, such as handbooks, plans, programs, and policies.
  • Assist with safety-related tasks, including Emergency Response Plan, Health & Safety Program, and employee training.
  • Support HR in tracking new laws and regulations affecting the firm.
  • Provide administrative support for IT projects, including website and intranet management, inventory count, and equipment placement.
Requirements

  • Previous experience in company health & safety or IT environments.
  • Good driving record and ability to use own vehicle.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with extreme attention to detail.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Dependable, timely, adaptable, responsible, and accountable.
Working Conditions

This position requires sitting (65%), standing (10%), walking (15%), and bending and stooping (10%). May be required to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 40 pounds.
