We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at Natural Organics Inc. in the United States.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Professional to develop and support an established base of retail accounts, with the goal of expanding our product line and generating sales growth within their dedicated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated territory, visiting retail accounts regularly to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Partner with retailers to increase sales and profitability through effective product placement and promotions.
  • Educate retailers on our company's mission and product offerings, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Introduce new products and promotional programs to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Conduct in-store product demonstrations to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Optimize retail accounts for maximum brand exposure, ensuring our products are prominently displayed and easily accessible.
  • Create and maintain a weekly itinerary to ensure efficient coverage of the territory.
  • Identify new prospects to establish new accounts within the territory, driving revenue growth and expansion.
  • Attend national sales meetings and trade shows to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate must reside in or near their assigned sales territory.
  • A genuine passion for health and wellness, with a strong understanding of the market trends and consumer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and determined, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
  • Dependable vehicle and positive driving record required.
