Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on-site services and technical assistance to clients at their locations, including routine inspections and maintenance.
  • Conduct compliance inspections and service activities.
  • Foster customer relationships and promote service growth.

Additional Duties:

  • Oversee the installation of equipment in accordance with specifications.
  • Test and ensure the functionality and efficiency of equipment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and repair emergency shower and eyewash products.
  • Provide on-site training for clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance as required.
  • Identify and resolve equipment issues, seeking assistance from engineering when necessary.
  • Prepare inspection reports for clients detailing services rendered.
  • Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct annual inspections as per ANSI Z358.1 standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future business.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform each responsibility effectively. The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Associate's degree or completion of a trade program; or a combination of education and experience.
  • Prior knowledge of industry standards, including ANSI and OSHA, is advantageous.

Physical Demands:

Successful candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including:

  • Remaining stationary for extended periods.
  • Operating a computer for several hours daily.
  • Carrying and moving objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Utilizing hands for various tasks.

Work Environment:

The role involves working in office settings, as well as in potentially hazardous areas and various indoor and outdoor environments.
