Job Summary:

US Tech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist - Invoicing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for administering payments, performing general accounting and compliance functions, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer payments and process invoices for various projects and vendors
  • Perform general accounting and compliance functions, including coding payments to Oracle accounts and correcting coding errors
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including payment and tracking logs
  • Identify and resolve coding and pricing issues with vendors and internal teams
  • Process YE accounting functions, including processing and developing accruals
  • Support over 20 independent contractors/suppliers and immediate team members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business-related field preferred; 8+ years of experience in lieu of college degree
  • Detail-oriented and critical thinking skills
  • General knowledge of GAAP and working knowledge of Oracle
  • Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with varied contractors and work independently with minimal guidance/supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lucernex knowledge and experience
  • Finance college degree
