Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
This position provides administrative support to the Clinical Cell and Vaccine Production Facility quality assurance program. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient retrieval, filing, and organization of critical and sensitive patient and clinical manufacturing and analytic documentation. This includes assigning and maintaining Eternal Reports and CVPF Correspondences. The candidate will also assist with planning and support of CCI events, maintain all trainings, and provide information on Penn Policies and processes to all CCI staff as needed.
Responsibilities
- Schedule arrangements for all domestic and international travel and submit travel reimbursements.
- Assist with planning and support of CCI events, including Research Meetings, Lab meetings, Site Visits, External Advisory Board Meetings, Internal Advisory Board Meetings, and VIP visits.
- Maintain all trainings and provide information on Penn Policies and processes to all CCI staff as needed.
- Retrieve and file Quality Control Assay Reports for corresponding Executed Batch Records; scan and save the Executed Batch Records to CVPF Shared Drive; organize Executed Batch Records in cabinets; help with shipping out the documents to off-site storage; assign and maintain the Eternal Report, and CVPF Correspondences.
Requirements
- High School Grad/GE Degree, and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

This is a hybrid eligible position, with the option of working three days on site, and two days remote.

$20.45 - $25.00 Hourly Rate
Salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
