The Taco Bell Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant General Manager by ensuring effective work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards.

In this role, you will take initiative and responsibility to address challenges with a positive attitude, seek assistance when necessary, and provide guidance to team members.


Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers fulfill all assigned tasks.
• Oversee inventory management and financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, high-quality food in a welcoming manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for all employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions:
• High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail setting, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer skills.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from the Shift Manager role.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Capable of sweeping and mopping floors, dusting shelves, and lifting and carrying trash containers.
• Able to clean the parking lot and surrounding areas.
• Must tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., and stooping for approximately 80% of the shift.
