As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing the optimal physical arrangement of machinery and the most effective workflow sequences.
- Conducting analyses focused on cost management, productivity enhancement, and inventory oversight.
- Providing quantifiable insights into operational sequences and procedures while documenting manufacturing standards and workflows.
- Contributing to resource allocation planning to ensure maximum equipment utilization.
- Handling data related to operational efficiency metrics.
Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (typically in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven success in program management and engineering communications.
- Experience in project management and change management initiatives.
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to specific information.
Preferred Qualifications:
We prefer candidates who have:
- A degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
