Company Overview:
Prelude Fertility is dedicated to providing exceptional reproductive healthcare services. We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Coordinator to enhance our front desk operations.

Position Summary:
The Patient Care Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.

This role involves delivering outstanding customer service while managing appointment scheduling, handling multi-line phone systems, and directing patient inquiries effectively.

The Patient Care Coordinator will collaborate closely with the front desk team and other departments to ensure a seamless patient experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately, providing assistance to patients as needed.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Welcome visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and guide them to the right personnel.
  • Compile and maintain medical records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Conduct patient interviews to complete necessary insurance and privacy documentation.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative medical office setting is required.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
