About the Role

PCR Systems, Inc., a leading IT outsourcing company with over three decades of experience, is seeking an entry-level Help Desk technician to join our team at one of our hospitals in New Brunswick, New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Collaborate directly with our hospital's Helpdesk team to diagnose and resolve end-user issues, ensuring seamless support for their operations.
  • Hardware Management: Assist in managing and deploying new computers, as well as performing minor hardware repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess a solid understanding of Windows operating systems, applications, and basic networking principles. A minimum of 2 years of college or trade school education in a related field is also required, with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in the necessary skills.
  • Work Schedule: This full-time position offers a standard Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm, providing a stable work-life balance.
