Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare a variety of non-routine correspondence following company guidelines for executive signature, ensuring brand compliance and proofreading for consistency, grammar, and spelling.
2. Compile, process, and analyze data in line with research objectives, and prepare comprehensive reports.
3. Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences in collaboration with the Meeting and Events Planning team, managing both routine and non-routine logistics, including contacting participants and coordinating responses.
4. Follow up on action items and report statuses to executives and meeting attendees, identifying potential speakers and providing on-site support as necessary.
5. Coordinate with internal and external third-party suppliers to address support needs and issues on behalf of the executive in a timely manner.
6. May oversee the activities of other Executive Support Associates/Analysts, assigning tasks in a structured manner.
7. Anticipate and independently coordinate complex travel arrangements for executives, including itineraries and visa/passport procedures.
8. Prepare draft proposals and presentations with guidance from executives and support from other departments as needed.
9. Review and manage both paper-based and electronic mail, taking appropriate action when necessary.
10. Manage complex calendar activities, coordinating appointments and extensive rescheduling while keeping executives informed.
11. Provide telephone support, acting as the executive's representative to handle calls independently.
12. Arrange conference calls, video conferences, or data conferences, occasionally involving a global audience.
13. Assist with various complex administrative tasks, such as completing standard company forms and providing invoicing support.
14. Stay current with tools and technology, educating executives on new and existing processes to support overall strategy.
15. Develop relationships with executives' clients and their Executive Support Associates.
16. Record and monitor work requests in a timely manner according to local capabilities and guidelines.

Job Requirements:
In-office presence is required to support client/customer interactions and events as defined by local leadership.
Flexibility in work schedule and potential overtime, including weekends, is necessary to support leadership meetings.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Executive Support.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in Customer Experience Management, Microsoft Office, Scheduling and Logistics, Service Excellence, Stakeholder Management, and Workplace Solutions. A college degree is preferred.
