At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community leadership, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing key business processes, including billing and accounting services, payroll, and personnel information management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate billing and accounting services with Corporate Support Services
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain personnel information
  • Follow proper office organization standards and record retention
  • Assist with overseeing recruitment and hiring
  • Champion the team member on-boarding and welcome orientation process
  • Partner with the Executive Director and other leaders to encourage strong team member engagement, morale, and spirit

Requirements:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree desired
  • Sound financial/business acumen
  • Microsoft Office functions (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Kronos (time keeping)
  • PeopleSoft (Invoice management/accounts payable)
  • Point Click Care (Resident Care and Billing)

Compensation and Benefits:

This full-time position includes a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 based on experience.
