Business Office Coordinator

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our community leadership, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing key business processes, including billing and accounting services, payroll, and personnel information management.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate billing and accounting services with Corporate Support Services
- Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain personnel information
- Follow proper office organization standards and record retention
- Assist with overseeing recruitment and hiring
- Champion the team member on-boarding and welcome orientation process
- Partner with the Executive Director and other leaders to encourage strong team member engagement, morale, and spirit
Requirements:
- Associate's or bachelor's degree desired
- Sound financial/business acumen
- Microsoft Office functions (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Kronos (time keeping)
- PeopleSoft (Invoice management/accounts payable)
- Point Click Care (Resident Care and Billing)
Compensation and Benefits:
This full-time position includes a competitive compensation and benefits package, with a starting salary range of $75,000 to $80,000 based on experience.
