Executive Assistant to CEO and Board of Directors

Vaco is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the Nonprofit/Entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities- Calendaring and Scheduling: Manage the CEO's and Board members' complex calendars, ensuring seamless coordination and timely scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Board Support: Provide heavy support to the Board of Directors, including setting up meetings, taking meeting minutes, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Liaison and Communication: Serve as a liaison to other external assistants, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and travel arrangements.
- Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with a proven track record of supporting high-level executives and Boards.
- Education and Skills: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Strong experience with MS Office suites and Adobe suites required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
