Job Summary:

The SAP Basis Manager will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for multiple AMS customers and implementation teams. This includes design sessions across the SAP technical landscape and integrating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for SAP systems and ensure seamless integration with various applications.
  • Participate in new implementations of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Business Suites, and SAP basis admin activities using SAP tools.
  • Analyze root cause and escalate findings to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure SAP systems are integrated into various applications.
  • Lead SAP upgrades, OS/DB migrations, Unicode conversions for SAP NetWeaver platform, SSO configuration, and installation of SSL certificates using SAP Certified Tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in SAP administration or consulting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience with implementation, upgrade, and administration of SAP S/4 HANA.
  • SAP Global Certification as SAP Certified Technology Associate for SAP S/4 HANA.
